Cal had such a big heart and cared deeply for the staff and students at Normal Park. He wasn’t just a co-worker, he was family. He would go the extra mile by helping to care for classroom pets and plants over school breaks or long weekends. He also loved to chat with me about his hiking adventures, and knew how to relate his own experiences to those around him. He will be missed.

My sincere condolences to the family. I've known Cal for when he worked at Brown Middle School.
