I am so sorry to hear of Claudia’s passing. I have fond memories of her & Orville going back to the 12th Avenue church (my g’parents were the Connally’s), and several years ago I reconnected with her & we shared some good memories of my mother (Sue Paris) and many of the other porcelain artists. My sympathy and prayers to her family.

I was sorry to see about your Mom, Claudia Mae. For some reason I thought about her just the other day. I don't think there are many of us Lowery grandchildren left now. Blessings to your families.

Claudia was one of my mom’s(Norma) best friends . They enjoyed so much time together doing their beautiful works of porcelain paintings that will be treasured and passed down. When she lived in Ft. Oglethorpe where I do it was added blessing when mom came down she could visit both of us. I was always remember her walking in neighborhood and I was always encouraged when we talked with her kind smile! We are praying for all you family . Her faith in God can be cherished! 1Thessolians 4:13-18

Claudia was a sweet, dear friend who was my first china painting teacher. She was special in so many ways, and will long be remembered for her infectious laugh and delightful sense of humor. She was a wonderful example of a godly woman. When her memory was beginning to slip, she was still able to ask the blessing at our gatherings. Her heart was able to connect with the Lord, even if her mind couldn't completely connect with this world.
My sympathy to her family whom she loved so dearly, and bragged on so frequently.
