Elaine Davis

Elaine was a beloved daughter, family member, and friend whose kindness, faith, and loving spirit touched the lives of many. We take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord, singing praises with the heavenly host and rejoicing in her heavenly home.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Charles Davis and Lou Jessie (Hubert) Chain; her brothers, Alfonzia Chain, Calvin Chain, Melvin Chain, and Charles “Coone” Dewain Davis; her sisters, Gwenvera Chain, Alinda “Linda” Faye Davis, and Marcia “Big Marsha” Louise Key Pickett; her niece, Lucille Evans Chain; her nephew, ReySam “Junior” Brock; and her life partner, Larry Jett.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her sister, Lucille Chain; her brothers, Paul Chain and Darren Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends, all of whom she loved dearly.

Though her earthly journey has ended, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Elaine will be deeply missed and forever cherished by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
