Helen was born on June 30, 1945, and was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
She was a retired Cashier who worked for United Grocery Outlet and was previously a School Crossing Guard and a Bounty Hunter.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Shell; son, Rickey Shell; brothers, Jerry Daugherty and Paul Daugherty; sisters, Sylvia Ann Daugherty Skidmore and Peggy Daugherty Wright; and by her parents, Charles and Ruth Daugherty.
Those Helen leaves behind to cherish her memory included her daughter, Donna Worley of Chattanooga, TN; granddaughters, Hailey (Shell) Brooks, Amber Jo Worley, Taylor Worley and Alexis Shell all of Chattanooga, TN; great grandchildren, Ryder Worley, Ryver Millsap, Carson Brooks, Dallas Brooks and Jayden Brooks all of Chattanooga, TN; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends and people who called her 'Mom'.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.
