James loved to hang out with his daughters and grandkids; he was the life of the party.
He was preceded in death by his father, James D. Adams; mother, Evelyn R. Adams; stepmother, Betty J. Adams; and brother, Rick D. Adams.
James is survived by his daughters, Kathryn (Brian) Escalon and Chelsea (Joey) Escalon, both of Chattanooga, TN; stepsisters, Suzzanne and Janet Lawson, both of Jasper, TN; granddaughters, Kiayel B., Dallis F. and Maleiha E. of Chattanooga, TN; and his beloved dog, Nahla Rose; along with his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews of Falling Water, TN; other relatives and friends.
