Jane Elizabeth Parker, 61, passed away on August 28, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. Born on September 30, 1964, Jane lived a life defined by her hard-working spirit, fun-loving nature, and genuine kindness to everyone she met.
Jane was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend who cherished nothing more than spending quality time with those she held dear. She found joy in life’s simple and vibrant pleasures: soaking up the fresh air outdoors, cheering along to her favorite game shows, setting sail on cruises, and going all out for the holidays. A legendary cook in her own right, her famous stroganoff, sausage balls, and cheese dip were the heartwarming centerpieces of many family gatherings.
Above all, Jane had a passionate heart for animals. Her beloved dogs—Rosie, Kobe, Tutu, and Mackey—were her pride and joy, bringing her endless happiness and companionship throughout her life.
She is survived by her loving children, Jade Yarbrough (Alex) and Jace Brannon; her sister, Julie Clark (Chad); her grandsons, Parker and Rowan Yarbrough and her nieces and nephew, Jordan, Megan, and Bryce Clark. Jane was preceded in death by her cherished parents, Robert "Mack" and Julia Parker.
Jane’s bright smile and welcoming spirit earned her countless friends, and her legacy of kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Jane’s love for animals, the family asks that you consider making a monetary or pet food donation to your local animal shelter, or consider opening your home and adopting a pet in need.
