Jo Ann Coenen, aged 81, of Ooltewah, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. She was born on January 14, 1944 in Westfield, IA. She was retired, having worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Jo Ann loved crocheting, knitting and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Francis Rosenbaum; infant sister, Janice Rosenbaum; son, Tim Brown; sister, Patricia Weyen; and son-in-law, Tony Ray Canfield.
Jo Ann enjoyed her time spent with her grandkids and her great grandkids.
She is survived by her sons, Tom Brown (Sue Fulmer) of Coal Valley, IL, Ron Coenen, Jr. (Stacey) of Millbury, OH, Jason Coenen (Nicole) of Madison, SD, and Kevin Coenen (Trisha) of Ooltewah, TN; daughter, Dana Canfield of Middleton, TN; brother, Douglas ‘Butch’ Rosenbaum (Paulette) of Bismarck, ND; granddaughters, Alicia, Bethani, Molly and Taylor; grandsons, Aaron, Jordan and Hunter; great grandkids, Renn, Jamison, Hadley and Walker with whom she shared her birthday; other relatives and friends.
