John worked as a truck driver. He enjoyed cooking and grilling.

John is survived by his wife Valerie Olszewski; daughter Amanda Lausman; father John Olszewski; brother Joseph Olszewski; mother-in-law Carolyn Harper; brother-in-law Tony Buckner; sister-in-law Donna Miller.
