

Kenneth H. Hendricksen, 72, of McDonald passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was the son of the late Herman and Amy Hendricksen.
Ken was a Chemical Engineer for 53 plus years, working for Hydrochem and Dow Chemical. Ken was a talented carpenter and furniture maker, leaving his family with many beautiful pieces of furniture to cherish and remember him by. He was a veteran of the Naval Reserves. Ken was very proud of all of his family, and could not do enough for them. Ken was a true and devoted Alabama fan.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Pam. His son and daughter in law James and Brandy Hendricksen, Chattanooga, daughters and sons in law, Terri and Tim Smith, Sharpsburg, GA, Debbi and Wayne Haynes, Luthersville, GA. His Grandchildren Elizabeth, Patrick, Colton Hendricksen, Jake Smith, Amanda DePane, Jessica Thompson, John Haynes. Four great grandchildren.
Two sisters, Joyce and husband, Denny Kibbe and Betty Hendricksen.
A memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 3, at the East Brainerd Chapel, with Don Musick officiating,
The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Hospice of Chattanooga.
