Larry is survived by his brothers Charles Dobbs of New York, Laverne Dobbs of Dayton, TN, Kelly Dobbs of Chattanooga, TN; sister Ruth Espy of Chattanooga, TN.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 29,2022 at 11 am at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
