Louise Walker, age 89, died on Friday, May 11, 2012 in a local nursing home. She was born on May 13, 1922 in Lafayette, Georgia to the late William and Mary Long. Mrs. Walker was a longtime member of Miracle Lighthouse Church.
Preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Walker; twelve brothers and sisters.
Survived by daughter, Sandra Butler of Chattanooga; step son, Larry (Cindy) Walker of Deer Lodge, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Gene Butler, Sherry(Bob) Mason, Cindi Matherly and Wendy (Jim) Reynolds.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 1 PM at the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Interment will be in Tyner Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 14, 2012 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the funeral home.
