Lowell and I grew up together. We lived next door to each other and were like brothers as we grew up. Life took us in very different directions, but I always remember the good old days when we were young boys building our model airplanes and just being buddies. I couldn't have had a better buddy than Lowell. I thank God that I was fortunate enough to know him. May God grant him a special place in His presence. I know of no one more deserving. May God bless and give you peace Diane. Wally Quintrell
