She was born March 25, 1940 in Chattanooga to the late Charles and Alma Mills.
Marcia retired from TVA after many years of service. She remained active with Tyner Reunion Committee as well as several other organizations. She was a lifetime member of Morris Hill Baptist Church.
Marcia’s favorite pastime was spending time with family and friends. We will forever cherish the memories we had with her.
Survivors include her son, Brian (Angela) Peel of Ringgold; brothers Michael (Bonnie) Mills and David (Barbara) Mills both of Ringgold; grandchildren, Ethan Peel, Evan Peel, and Kelsey Creek; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the East Brainerd chapel with Pastor Jeremy Elam officiating.
