She was born on May 12, 1938, the daughter of the late Harry (Anna) Hales and Helen Hales. She graduated from Central High School, class of 1956 and McKenzie Business School. Ms. Hales retired from Combustion Engineering.
Survivors include her partner Louise Ellis, her sister Sandra Larimer, her nephews Carl (Stephanie) Spain and Stephen (LeAndra) Spain. Her nephews Brandon Spain, Justin (Ashton) Spain and Nicholas Spain. Her nieces Christa Spain, Tiffany Spain and several great nephews and nieces.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
