Diane, you did it all with a smile: hosting, teaching, preparing, sharing. Thank you for your input into my life.
Bob, your loss is great! Diane's gain is wonderful and beyond words!
May you be comforted abiding in Him.
Barbara from Precept New Zealand

Love Diane and Bob. They were our teachers in Life Group . She was a great teacher and loved the Lord and wanted others to come to know him. Remember her teaching on the Tabernacle and the small model of it. She is greatly missed but happy for her to be face to face with her Lord and Savior and their beloved son. Praying for Bob and her family.

Bob and Diane... Diane and Bob... the Vereens...
You two always meant to us ONE.... one unified, one united, “one-ness”.
One whole with 2 parts, 2 persons, uniquely gifted and different, completing each other...and always together.
In a classroom, a bus, a living room, a church, at a meal... always together.
That is how we have known, loved, and respected Bob and Diane Vereen.
Dana and I have admired in you this model for ministry and were so blessed to be mentored by you both in our service to the Lord.
Diane, welcome to your new home!!
And Bob, you will be along shortly, but not quite yet. You are finishing up a few things around here.
The rest of us will also join you soon, and then we will all be together forever with our Lord.
In the meantime, we will praise His holy name, praise His faithfulness and grace, and finish here what He has given us to do.
Thank You, Lord, for our every memory of Your sweet Diane.
We love you Bob and Diane,
John and Dana

In Loving Memory of My Precious Friend, Diane

Diane and I traveled together far and near, sharing adventures, laughter, ministry, and a love for the Lord and His Word. One of the things I admired most about her was her desire to honor the Lord in every circumstance. Whenever conflict arose, she was always concerned that she maintained “clean hands and a pure heart” (Psalm 24:4). That was Diane’s heart—she wanted her life to be pleasing to Him.

The greatest delights of Diane’s life were her two sons. We spent countless hours rejoicing over them, praying for them, and watching with grateful hearts as God unfolded their lives. I remember so well her excitement over their high school accomplishments, followed by college, and then the joy of their marriages. We cried many tears together as she weathered the storms of life, but I don’t think I ever saw her more enthusiastic than when she talked about her three amazing grandchildren! They brought her such joy.

I could spend hours reminiscing but when I think of what I treasure most, it is the countless hours we spent praying together for our families. Those moments were sacred to me. Diane was my “go-to friend.” We stood beside one another through many crises, encouraged each other, and carried one another’s burdens. What a gift it was to have a friend with whom I could share both my heartaches and my joys, knowing we would always turn to the Lord together.

And then there was Bobby! He was the sparkle in Diane’s eye and the one who brought laughter to her heart. She loved him unconditionally, and he loved her just as deeply. Their love was such a precious part of her story. Thank you, Bobby, for loving her so well. Thank you for bringing joy to her heart and being such a special part of her life.

My heart is broken by the loss of my precious friend, but I am forever grateful that God allowed our paths to cross and our lives to be intertwined.
Today, she is “joyous in the presence of the Lord”.
“

One of the most godly woman I know.
A heart for the Lord and a heart for people.

Supremely gifted by God to serve Him internationally across the globe.

A treasure.

Always so very grateful for our paths crossing 30 years ago.

We are her spiritual children.

We love you Diane and always will.
