He proudly served his country in the United Sates Army where he served from 1957 to 1959 stationed in Germany. He was also a policeman and did plumbing and heating work.
Ned's hobbies include cars, motorcycles, playing pool on his ipad and traveling across the country in the motor home with his wife, Yutho.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Billy, Don, Richard, Joe and Paul; and his sister, Ann.
Those Ned leaves behind to cherish his memories include his loving and devoted wife, Yutho Waterhouse; daughter, Kimberly; and sister, Letty Lee Opsal.
A Graveside Service with Military Honors for Ned will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 11:00 am at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
