Pamela was a resident of Panama City, FL for over 40 years and worked as a Correctional Officer/Bailiff.
She was preceded in death by he mother, Kay W. Potts; sister, Wendy R. Lanier; husband, Larry O'Neal ; and son, Jason, W. Wilson.
Those Pamela leaves behind to cherish her memories include her son, Joseph P. Dillard (Mary); daughter, Colleen A. Floyd (Casey); father, Virgil Lanier; stepmom, Betty Lanier; sisters, Donna Delauder (Richard) and Lisa Logsden (James); brothers, James W. Potts (Stephanie), Jay Lanier (Natalie), and Bryan Lanier (Megan); 10 grandchildren; lots of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers to please make donations to the American Lung Association.
