He was a retired Welder.
Marty was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Ann Phillips; and his father, Paul Franklin.
Those Marty leaves behind to cherish his memories include his daughters, Shannon (Shon) Desmarais of McMinnville, TN, Kristy Grindstaff of Jacksonville, FL and Pamela (Jeremy) Lowry of Chattanooga, TN; son, Marty Keith Phillips of Chattanooga, TN; grandchildren, Riley and Kaden Desmarais, Brooklynn and Jackson Phillips, Autumn Ambrosio, Katlin Wagner and Maleah Bankston; brothers, Terry Phillips and Randy (Tammy) Phillips; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
