She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Cooper Paris; stepfather, Hubert Paris, Sr.; father, Joe Lee Vaughns; brother, Eric Cooper; sister, Sonja Paris; grandmother, Luella Johnson; and grandfather, Roy Johnson.
Regina is survived by her brothers, David ( Fannie) Cooper, Darryl (Tonya) Paris and Hubert (Valerie) Paris, Jr.; sisters, Irene (Rickey) Brown and Jacqueline Paris Barber; son, Burnell Gooden, Jr.; daughter, Valencia Gooden, all of Chattanooga, TN; grandkids, Giselle Gooden, Octavis Johnson, Jr. and Stephon Gooden; uncle, John William Cooper; aunt, Lorene (Frances) Steger; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A Visitation for Regina will be held Friday, November 14, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Franklin Strickland Chapel, 1724 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
Funeral Services will immediately follow at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, 4016 Tennessee Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37410.
