Bobby was a faith full member of Solid Rock Baptist Church in Flintstone, Georgia. He will truly be missed by his church family.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Harve and Bertha Wright Taylor; two infant babies, granddaughter and grandson; son, Labron Taylor; and stepson, Robert Hawkins.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Ann Taylor; son, Brent (Jennifer) Taylor; step-daughter, Tammy Hawkins; daughter-in-law, Darlean Hawkins; and a peck of grandchildren and a bushel of great grands.
A Visitation for Bobby will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Franklin Strickland Chapel, 1724 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404, and again on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Solid Rock Baptist Church, 3594 Chattanooga Valley Rd, Chattanooga Valley, GA 30725.
A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 2:00 pm.
Burial will be at City of Chickamauga Cemetery 430 Old Lafayette Rd, Chickamauga, GA 30707, US, on August 21, 2026, from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
