She was a mother and a Social Worker; she was also employed at Ashley Tree Service in the Customer Relations department for 10 years.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Alton Randolph; grandmother, Sam Randolph; and aunt, Terry Randolph.
Those Ruth leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Riley Chastain; fictive kin, Ronald Radford; daughters, Aaliyah Chastain, Aaudrey Chastain and Aadrianna Chastain; mother, Deborah Raines; sisters, Lola Raines and Linda Raines; brother, Gary 'Bubba' Raines; mother-in-law, Sondra Graham; other relatives and friends.
Ashley loved life and all people. Come casual, come all who knew her or knew her love for all and Chattanooga.
