Sandra Elizabeth Taylor

She was born October 24, 1946, in Greenville, SC to the late George Edward and Mildred Lois (Taylor) Palmer.

Sandra was a woman of God deep rooted in her faith. She met everyone with a smile and joyous spirit and was known by most as “Nana”.

Her husband, Bobby Taylor and grandson, Kade Pece preceded her in death.

Survivors include her loving daughter, Renee White of Cleveland; granddaughter, Nicole Jenkins; grandson, Jonathan Jenkins both of Cleveland; great-grandson, Brantley Tyler Jenkins of Cleveland; brothers, Dale Palmer of Abbeville, SC, George Edward (Lois) Palmer of Pelzer, SC, Wayne (Teresa) Palmer of Williamston, SC, and Clay Palmer of Piedmont, SC; best friend, Yvonne Johns of Harrison; several nieces and nephews; and many adopted grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Terra Vista Baptist Church (4412 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416) on Saturday, February 28, 2026, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A memorial service will begin at 1:00 PM. with Rev. Andy Bell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hearth Hospice (www.hearthhospice.com).
