She was born June 11, 1938 in Richlands, VA. Sheila is retired from the State of Alabama Department of Corrections where she worked as a secretary for 16 years. She attended Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA, East Tennessee State University, and Radford College. Sheila graduated with a degree in Elementary Education from East Tennessee. She enjoyed reading, movies, music, painting, and gardening.
Sheila is survived by her daughter, Julie Anne Trotter.
