She was an employee of K-Mart for 30 plus years.
She was preceded in death by her step-father and mother Mark and Gladys Hannah; father, Eugene Guffey; son, Robert Gaston; daughter, Karen Gaston; and brother, Bobby Guffey.
Shirley is survived by children, Stephen (Cynthia) Gaston and Andrea Emerson; sister, Diane (Robert) Shepherd; grandchildren, Coty, Alec, Bo and Brandi Gaston; great-grandchildren Emma and Grayson; nieces and nephews, Angela Blake, Chip Connally, Todd Connally and Robby Shepherd; other close relatives and dear friends.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Franklin-Strickland Chapel.
