Timothy is survived by wife Allison Fielding Lundy; daughter Ava Eula Kay Caldwell; brother Michael Caldwell; aunt Linda Waters; sister Sandra Caldwell; niece Kristin Caldwell Lehr; nephew Travis Caldwell; several great nieces and nephews, host of cousins, family and friends.
