She is preceded in death her mother, Mary L. Hunnicutt and father, Spencer J. Gay.
She is survived by her daughters, Dereka L. Lee, Shanika R. Lee, and Maquesha C. Lee; son, LaDarius L. Lee; grandchildren, LJ, Carmen, Giannis, and De'arra; sisters, Cassandra Lee-Kirk and Lanika Buchanon; brothers, Robert Shaw and Spencer Gay Jr.; uncle, Henry Lee; and aunt, Sophia Mathis.
