Stella, jen & hugh..I know howard is in a better place today and out of pain, and I know that is not what you want to hear too. We always think "how could he be happy without having us in his life". This is a hard time, because we can not understand the answer. But, Howard is in Heaven and he does know when we are coming and there is no "UNHAPPY" in Heaven...the problem is, we don't know the date and time when we will see him again. But, in my experience, you have to walk the journey alone, no one can grieve like you do and no one will miss him like you do. You will get through, want to or not, but, I do know he will be waiting for us in Heaven. That is what gets me through each and every day. They say it gets easier, that is wrong, you just miss them more. We loved Howard as a great friend and we will see him again in Heaven. Love, Cheryl & Bill Smith
