Al was a man of many talents, a true jack of all trades, especially when it came to cars. There was very little he couldn't fix, and his passion for automobiles was evident throughout his life. Through his business Goodman's Auto, Al built and worked on countless custom hot rods, leaving his mark on the automotive community. In his younger years he took his love of cars to the drag strip, racing on the professional circuit. Even in his golden years you could find Al at Thompson, still racing down that dragstrip, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Beyond his love of cars, Al enjoyed spending time on the golf course, where he found another passion and many memories of enjoyment.
Above all else, Al was a devoted husband, father and grandfather loved his family immensely, and they were the center of his world. His love, guidance, hard work, and unwavering dedication to those closest to him will forever be remembered.
Al was preceded in death by his parents Harry & Jennie Goodman, his sister Gail Goodman and son Harry Goodman.
He leaves behind his loving Wife of 56 years Sandy Goodman, his sons Bradley (Nicole) Goodman and Dennis Goodman, his Brother Dean Goodman, his Grandchildren Gage, Justin, Devon and Cole, who all brought him great joy.
Heaven gained a talented mechanic, a passionate racer, and a truly devoted family man. He will be forever loved and never forgotten.
