

Alexandra Marie D’Amato, lovingly known as Alex, and affectionately called Ali by her siblings, went to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family, on October 11th, 2024, at the age of 42. She was born on September 24th, 1982, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Dominic Aveni and Audrey D’Amato (Braun).
Alex lived life with a deep love for her family, her faith, and the beauty of everyday moments. She was a radiant, compassionate, and joyful soul, whose fiery spirit and sense of humor could brighten the darkest of days. Her kindness and warmth touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her, and her smile had a way of lifting those around her.
Above all, Alex adored her two children, Jada and Marco, who were her greatest joy. She cherished her time with them, her family, and her pets, finding happiness in simple moments of togetherness.
Alex leaves behind her daughter, Jada D’Amato, her son, Marco, her mother, Audrey (Arthur) Braun, and her father, Dominic (Gail) Aveni. She is also survived by her brothers, Nicholas D’Amato, Joseph Aveni & Dominic Aveni, and Kyle Braun, her sisters, Melissa, Leah, & Rachel Braun, and Marina Aveni, as well as her beloved grandmother, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Alexandra’s vibrant presence, compassionate heart, and unshakeable faith will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing her. She was truly a beautiful soul, and her memory will forever live in the hearts of her family and friends.
