Dear Al, Steve and Karen,

I will miss your Dad and his fun personality. He made me welcome in the family so many years ago. We have so many happy memories of time spent with Jack. Over the years he and Carol built a beautiful family that would make anyone proud. He would always call on his brother’s birthday and I was welcome on those calls. May your memories of happy times bring you comfort in the days to come.

With warmest regards,

Aunt Carol

My memories of your dad Jack are all wrapped up in memories of Jack and Carol and you three-Al, Steve, and Karen. These are memories of a really good family. Aunt Jean and I always knew how much you three meant to your folks, and I think you realize you had the wonderful benefit of two great parents. Jack was so proud of you in these last few years when we talked. Please just be thankful you had him as long as you did.
Uncle Jim Ballard and Lougenia (and Aunt Jean, too!)
