Barbara Ann Sadar

Barbara Ann Sadar (nee Bongiovanni), 71, of Mayfield Heights, passed away October 26, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born Feb. 6, 1943 in Cleveland. She was a Homemaker and mother, and a member of Lake Forest Country Club in Hudson, former member of Mayfield Racquet Club and Legend Lakes Golf Club. Barb enjoyed golf, tennis, going to Disney World with her family, Aruba & Las Vegas with her husband, reading, and cooking for her family. She is survived by her husband Jeffrey L; children, Dina (Anthony) Iacano, twins Jennifer (Tim Romantic and Jeffrey (Maria) Sadar, and Sabrina (Mark) Pavlik; grandchildren, Renee and Colton Iacano, Brittany, Logan and Brock Romantic, Noelle and Jeffrey Sadar, Daughter of Peter Bongiovanni, sister of Janis (John) Sitzenstock and Peter J. (Deborah) Bongiovanni. Aunt of six and great-aunt. Step-daughter of Vera Bongiovanni, step-grandmother of Cara (Nick) Germano and Nicholas Iacano and step greatgrandmother of Nicco, Carmine and Dominic. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred (nee Schlueter). Funeral Services will be Thurs. October 30 at 10 a.m. at Church of Saint Francis of Assisi, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills (Please meet at church). Father Franz C. Dool will officiate at the service. Friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. at DiCicco & Sons Funeral Home, 5975 Mayfield Rd, Mayfield Heights. Burial will be in Knollwood Cemetery in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
