Saddened to hear of Basils  passing.  He was my roommate for three days last April at the Cleveland clinic main campus. He was a remarkable man. We shared many of our life’s experience's during that time. He was an encouragement to me and I hope I was also an encouragement to him.  I will always remember him. My condolences to Basil’s family. I was so saddened to hear of his passing.  He was quite an interesting man who had a beautiful family of incredible and accomplished kids.  He will be missed by many friends. God bless you.

I will always remember Basil as a kind hearted man who loved his family and took life in stride.  He was one of those guys that a person was happy to be around and that you could talk to. His happy nature and kindness will be missed.

I worked for Basil back in the 80's. He was a good man and I am sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Basilio's passing.  He was in many of my classes all though Newbury School and we became good friends and continued to be over the years.  Just saw him a short time ago and were going to get together after the new year. Basilio was a true friend and gentleman and will be missed by many.  My sincere condolences to all of the family.

I am deeply saddened by this news. Basil and I met in college at WVU and became great friends. He got involved with my fraternity where we had tons of fun! After college, I worked with Basil temporarily promoting his diagnostic systems, and we traveled the country installing his invention. Eventually, I moved to South Florida and he was my "best man" at my wedding.  We kept in touch sporadically over the years, and was planning to see him this year. You are now in the hands of God for eternal peace. Be well my friend. I will always remember you.

Basil and all of the Pinzone Family have been the best neighbors one could ever ask for. Basil and Mary Ann raised incredible children that have helped and encouraged us as we have navigated raising teen boys in this crazy world. I believe one of Basil’s greatest accomplishments is the children he raised. Those children have been the most amazing individuals for my boys to look up to.  Sending prayers love and support.
