WIGGINS DAVID SCOTT WIGGINS age 83, of Chester Twp. Beloved husband of Sylvia; loving father of Susan (Steve) Ingrassia, Steven (deceased), Lynn, Andrea (Greg) Fabian, and Thomas (Diana) and devoted grandfather of five. David served in the U. S. Navy and was a former executive board member in the N. E., Ohio region for the Boy Scouts of America. No services are scheduled at this time.
