Edward Martin Kavick, age 90, passed away on October 30th, 2022. He was a 55 year resident of Geauga County and was a proud Air Force Veteran. Edward was a mechanical engineer and retired from Swagelok in 1998. He was a member of the Chardon Lions Club and a lifetime member of the Slovenian SNPJ. Edward enjoyed woodworking, reading, writing, football, the outdoors, fishing, animals, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Martin and Ivana Kavcic. Edward is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years Mary; children Martin and Nancy; grandchildren Ryan and Sean; and nieces Laura, Diane, and Jane. Family and friends are welcome on Saturday November 5th, 2022 from 9:30am until 11am at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland OH 44026, where Funeral Service will be held at 11am.
