Elaine G. Herman, of Chesterland, went to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, January 20th, 2015. She was the beloved wife of William J. Herman, Jr. (deceased). She is survived by brother Edwin Golder (Jane); children Amy H. Parkin (Richard), Susan H. Gardner (Kim, DDS), and William J. Herman, III (Carolyn); grandchildren, Brian, MD (Kim), Becky, Paul (Lindsay), John (Jackie), Amy (Nate), Jim (Anastasia), Billy, IV (deceased), Molly (Jon), Ann, Jessie, Maddie, and Emily; and great-grandchildren Will, Liam, Nate, Jack, Katie, and one on the way. Elaine faithfully served the Lord throughout her life in many roles in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, Girl Scout leader, avid reader, and holiday decorator. Elaine and Bill enjoyed many happy years of traveling abroad together, and spending time at their Sea House in Cape May, New Jersey. Private family interment will be held at a later date.
