Elizabeth Ann Sherry

Born July 19, 1939, in Johnstown, Pa., she had lived in Newbury Township for the past 49 years.

Elizabeth was a 15-year member of the Selrec Singers, a part of the South Euclid/Lyndhurst Rec. Council.

She was employed at Bloom Brothers Supply in Chester Township for 24 years as an office manager before her retirement in 2006.

Survivors are her husband, Patrick Sherry; children, Kathleen (Rick) Busse, Robin Shemkunas and Patrick S. (Patti) Sherry; grandchildren, Brittany and Brendan Busse, Abigail Shemkunas and Dakota and Dalton Sherry; and nephews, William, Kevin, Raymond, Gordon and Barry Lyons.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Isabelle Ford; and sister, Marybelle (Ford) Lyons.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township.

Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at the funeral home. Pastor Scott Wilson will officiate. Interment will be in Munn Cemetery in Newbury Township.
