Florence S. Willis

She was born Dec. 6, 1927, in Chester Township.

Mrs. Willis worked as a waitress at Kenny King's Restaurant in Mayfield Heights for 25 years.

Survivors are her children, Diane (Howard) Ballou, Roger Willis and Kathie Taraba; grandchildren, Michele Seymour, Nicole Dunbar, Shane Ballou and Michael Taraba; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Travis and Ethan; and sister, Lydia Baker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; and five brothers.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2011, at Little Church in the Vale, 610 Chagrin River Road (at Wilson Mills Road), Gates Mills, OH 44040-9369. (Please meet at the church.) Interment will be in Whitehaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Mayfield Village.
