Frank D. Madej, age 77, passed away on October 22, 2022. He was a fifty year resident of Geauga County and worked as a machinist and electrician for Stock Equipment in Chagrin Falls. Frank was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of St. Helen Catholic Church in Newbury, where he was a member of the St. Faustina Prayer Group, The Ross Group, and The Scullery Scum. He was a man of faith and a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. Frank loved St. Helen Parish and was a proud Right to Life supporter. Frank enjoyed family dinners and gatherings, and loved his wife’s cooking, watching old westerns, and enjoyed the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mildred Madej. Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Joyce (Loboda); children Sherry (Chris) Loxterman, Frank (Mitzi) Madej, and Michael (Rachel) Madej; and grandchildren Michael Jr., Veronica, Gabriel, Viviana, Lolek, Joseph, Frantiska, Mildred, Julia, Kateri, and Emmanuel. Family and friends are welcome at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland OH 44026 on Friday October 28th, 2022 from 4-8pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Helen Catholic Church, 12060 Kinsman Road, Newbury, OH 44065 on Saturday October 29th, 2022 at 11am. Interment Shadyside Cemetery, Auburn Township OH.
