Freddy W. Deming, Jr., age 43, passed away Feb. 20, 2015, at his residence in Chester Twp. He was born April 4, 1971, in Cleveland, and was a lifelong resident of Chester Twp. Freddy loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter. He loved the outdoors and all things that go along with it. One of his favorite things to do was hang out in the garage fixing things with his friends, whom he thought of as brothers. Freddy’s greatest loves were his nephews, family and friends. His smile would light up a room and he was thought of as an inspiration and a hero to all he knew. He was an Operating Engineer, IUOE Local 18. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (nee Lesica); mother, Linda (nee Lentz) (Timothy) Shea; father, Fred (Maggie) Deming, Sr.; sister, Dawn (David) Onderdonk; nephews, William Frederick and Sam Onderdonk; and grandmother, Dolores Lentz. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Lentz; and grandmother, Catherine Deming. A larger than life celebration for Freddy will be announced at a later date.
