Gerald "Jerry" C. Zamrzla

Gerald "Jerry" Zamrzla, age 76, passed away on August 15, 2021 at his residence. Born March 21, 1945 in Jersey City, NJ., he grew up in Mayfield Hts. and lived in Chardon for the past 30 years. Jerry was a member of Teamsters Local 436 for 40 years, most recently working for C. A. Agresta in South Euclid, retiring in 2005. He dearly loved hunting with his son Jerry, and other family and friends at the "deer camp" in Southern Ohio, where he made many wonderful friends. Jerry was a hard worker and a wonderful husband and father. He will be missed by many. He is survived by his wife Nancy (nee Fredericks); son Gerald "Jerry" C. Zamrzla III; and his furry four-legged grandson Harley. Brothers Robert, Charles (Lesia), Michael (Lisa), many wonderful nieces and nephews and family friend Frank Raik. Jerry is preceded in death by his daughter Mary and sister Priscilla Fisher Behnke (Tom). Family and friends may call in honor of Jerry at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd.
