Born July 29, 1960 in Janesville, WI, he was a South Florida and Aurora resident before moving to Bainbridge Twp. almost two years ago. Jeff was a longtime Painting Contractor. He loved all things dogs and enjoyed fishing. Jeff is survived by his daughter Tracy (Matt) Gardner; son James; and brother Tom (Heidi). He is preceded in death by his parents James and JoAnn (nee Epley) Asplin. Private family services will be held at a later date.
