Joseph DiStaulo

Joseph Anthony DiStaulo, age 82, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. He was born on August 15, 1944, in Montreal, Canada, the son of Lucia (Civico) and James DiStaulo, moving to Cleveland as a young boy. At the early age of four years old, Joe could play the piano by ear, soon adding his voice to the music. Playing music and singing was his passion and lifelong love. On August 24, 1968, he married Noreen Lynn Benvenuto. Joe was known for his music, which he used tuning pianos, and his great sense of humor. He carried a deep love for his cats and dogs over the years.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Noreen who passed May 30, 2026. Survivors include his sister, Carmen (dec. Cherubino) Masci of Wickliffe; nieces Candi (dec. David) Frischkorn, and Cynthia (John Tomich) Masci, Carol (Don) Wilson; nephews, Cherubino Craig (Cheryl) Masci, Carey (Ruth) Masci; and many great nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Noreen and Joseph will be held at a later date.
