Margaret M. Crawford

Funeral services for Margaret M. (O'Connor) Crawford, 81, of Russell Township, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011, at St. Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township, OH 44026. Mrs. Crawford passed away Feb. 15, 2011, at her home. Born Aug. 23, 1929, in Cleveland, she had lived in Russell Township for the past 52 years. Mrs. Crawford was a member of St. Anselm Church, Christ Child Society and Garden Club. She was also a volunteer at Hillcrest Hospital. Mrs. Crawford was a former manager of the Chester Township office of AAA for many years. Survivors are her children, Kathleen (Michael) Pozsgai and John (Michelle) Crawford; grandchildren, Timothy (Tricia) Pozsgai and Nicholas, Matthew and Andrew Crawford; great-grandchildren, Timothy M. and Tyler K. Pozsgai; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert C.; and sister, Claire Pyrne. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the church prior to the service. Private interment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Hospice of The Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, OH 44119.
