MELVIN L. FORMAN, age 88 of Munson Twp. Beloved husband of Linda (nee Carnicelli); loving father of Zane (Judy), Larimee (John)(deceased) Cortnik, Lance (Mary Lee Maniche) and Montina (Rob) Gilson; devoted grandfather of Thomas and Nicole, Forman, Taylore, Kasey and Rylee Gilson; John and Joanne Cortnik; Jennifer Martinitis and Alexandra and Devon Forman and dear great grandfather of Liam and James. Mr. Forman served in the U. S. Marine Corp. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland, OH 44026 for a Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. Private interment at Maple Hill Cemetery, Munson Twp. will take place at a later time.
