Mitchell Stanley Brill

Mitchell S. Brill, age 86, passed away on April 18th, 2022. He was a Gates Mills Police Officer for 23 years and a member of FOP Lodge 57. Mitchell enjoyed old western movies, hunting, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Frances Brill and many other loved ones. Mitchell is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years Germaine; his children Ronald, Robert (Kim), Randal (Patricia), and Renee Schaefer (John); grandchildren Rachel (Ed), Alex (Darci), Stepfanie, Tiffany, Kyle, Katie (Roger), Jennifer, Megan (Josh), and Shannon; and seven great-grandchildren. Friends are welcome at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland on Friday April 22nd, 2022 from 5-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland on Saturday April 23rd, 2022 at 11am (Please Meet At Church).
