Patricia "Pat" A. Politi

Patricia "Pat" A. Politi (nee Neeson), a cherished, faithful, and kind-hearted woman, passed away on January 13, 2026, in Cleveland at the age of 87. Born on May 4, 1938, in Glasgow, Scotland, Pat was a WWII survivor who moved from Britain to the United States with her late husband Ron in 1980. Since then, she had been a resident of Chesterland and an active member of St. Anselm Church. Pat was an avid reader who enjoyed gardening, although her main focus was always her friends and family.

Pat is survived by her sons Marc (Dina), Paul (Anne), and Michael; grandchildren Justin, Sean, Alex, and Robbie; sisters Margaret McGill, Eileen Mcguire, and Ann (Gordon) Runciman; and sister-in-law Maureen Neeson. She was preceded in death by her husband Ron; brother William "Bill" Neeson; and parents William and Elizabeth (nee Davidson) Neeson.

Family and friends may call at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Saint Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 10:00 am. Entombment will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
