

Paul Mark Kadis, 61, of Chardon Township, passed away Sept. 22, 2010. He was born April 7, 1949, in Cleveland, and had lived in Chardon Township since 1984. He was a former member of St. Joseph High School Radio Club, member of SCCA motor sports, served in the U.S. Army Reserves and held several patents in hydraulic technology. Mr. Kadis was the founder and president of Metalforce Technologies, LLC. Survivors are his wife, Linda (nee Juchnowski; mother, Jennie (nee Svigel); sisters, Janice (James) Griesmer and Paulette "Pixie" (Lawrence) Gaia; brothers, George J. (Kathleen), Biff (Anne) and Gary M.; and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, George F. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, at St. Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Road, Chester Township. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH) The Rev. Thomas Sweany will officiate. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township.
