Paula Forner, 51, of Willoughby, passed away on March 10, 2014. She was born on July 5, 1962 in Euclid. She is survived by her mother, Margaret; siblings, Carrie, Peggy and Paul; niece, Brittany; nephews, Garrett and Collin; and god-child, Ali. Visitation will be Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd., Chester Twp., OH 44026.
