Pauline Nowacki (nee Soblotne), age 95, passed away peacefully April 22, 2021 in Rocky River. Born September 21, 1925 in Edenborn, PA, she had been Willowick resident for over 60 years. Pauline was a Display Manager for Lerner Shops in Willowick for many years. She enjoyed golf and bowling, playing both in several leagues. Pauline loved art and she often painted murals on her home walls. She was a parishioner of St. Mary Magdalene Church in Willowick and was active with the Willowick Senior Center. She was an avid dancer, and on many occasions enjoyed dancing at SNPJ Farm in Kirtland. Pauline also once appeared dancing on Polka Varieties. She loved traveling and working on jigsaw and crossword puzzles, and deeply loved spending time with her grandchildren. Pauline is survived by her children Thomas, Diane (Jay) Hawkins, and Alan (Jacki); eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Henry; son William; three grandchildren; and brothers Edward, William, and Thomas Soblotne.
