William Kavney English

William Kavney English age 87, of Chesterland, OH passed away peacefully August 21, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Marlene English; and father of Tracey English, Tim (Michelle) English and Tom English. He graduated from Alliance High School, Bowling Green State University (undergrad) and John Carroll University (masters). He served in the Navy before returning to Northeast Ohio. He was employed as a teacher, principal, and occasional coach at various school districts in the area from 1954-2005 most recently Newbury and Ledgemont. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Family will receive visitors at St. Anselm Church, 12969 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland, OH at 10 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, along with his wife Marlene, at 11am, Friday, August 24. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for him during his illness.
